Water Docket converts each monthly resume into source-linked, deadline-aware matches against a firm’s watchlists. Every application in the resume is accounted for, whether it matches a watch profile or not.

Each of Colorado’s seven water divisions issues a monthly resume of the applications filed with its water court, as provided by C.R.S. §37-92-302.
Every application is transcribed and linked to the source document.
Entries are transcribed in full, field by field. Each one carries a link back to the page of the published resume it was taken from, so any line can be checked against the original.
Applications are matched against the firm’s watch profiles.
Matches are grouped by the profile that caught them. Every application that was set aside is listed as well, alongside the reason it was set aside, so nothing leaves the month’s record without an explanation.
A person reviews and approves before anything is released.
A reviewer reads the transcription, the matches, and the dates against the source document. Nothing reaches the firm unread.
What the firm receives.
One document per division-month. Matched applications first, set-aside applications after, every row traceable to the resume it came from.
